About the role

OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals. This team leader position will supervise Direct Service Professionals and Employment staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Service Professionals and Employment staff as assigned
• Ensure quality services are provided to individuals in the community
• Establish positive routines, develop functional skills, and enhance daily living skills

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have a proven work history, with a supervisory experience
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must have a valid driver's license, and be able to meet the requirements of OCCK's insurance company providing coverage for vehicles

Qualifications

• Must have a GED or a high school diploma
