Team Leader - DTC (York)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position supervises a team but does not directly manage employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Overtake the DTC crew for accurate, safe, and timely execution of daily tasks.
• Ensure quality standards are met on products before they are packaged for shipment.
• Motivate the crew to be productive and efficient.
• Help other Crew Leaders and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to crews.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management.
• Proven basic math skills required.
• Must be adaptable to various job situations daily.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and solution-seeking abilities.
• Detailed-oriented, accurate, dependable, able to multitask, and a team player.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting to 35 pounds repetitively for 8 or more hours per day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, sit, twist, stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to use fine motor skills, such as pinching, squeezing, pulling.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet), and in an environment with dust and allergens.
• Versatility to perform any job within our Production, Shipping or Labor departments.
• Pushing, pulling, rolling/shipping carts weighing up to 1000lbs (75lbs force).
• Climb a ladder and work at heights above 6ft.
• Able to obtain certification to drive low-speed vehicles.
