Description
The Data Artificial Intelligence group focuses on integrating AI within the Data Department. This role involves developing evaluation and annotation programs for AI applications and experiences within the document research space. Key responsibilities include representing Data in AI product development, managing a team of data professionals, and ensuring operational stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience leading operational or program-focused teams
- Demonstrated technical judgment in designing or operating annotation systems
- Good understanding of annotation systems and quality methodologies
- Experience running large-scale annotation or data operations
- Excellent multi-functional leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity-rich environments
- Strong program leadership capability
Qualifications
- Technical grounding and systems orientation
- Understanding of annotated data and its impact on AI model behavior
- Experience enforcing standards and improving data quality
- Knowledge of financial markets and Bloomberg products
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and Enterprise Data products
- Experience with Data tech stack and HiTL platform
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Skills

$135,000 - $230,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
