About the role
Responsible for leading a team of field representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of field representatives to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer service.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team progress and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing teams and developing team members.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field management or sales leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$20.00 per hour, with a range from $20.00 to $20.00.
Schedule
