About the role

Responsible for leading a team of field representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of field representatives to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer service.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team progress and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience in managing teams and developing team members.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field management or sales leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$20.00 per hour, with a range from $20.00 to $20.00.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate fieldwork.
