Team Leader, Configuration Delivery Claims Ops

For our client, we are seeking a Team Leader, Configuration Delivery Claims Ops to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. In this remote leadership role, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering system configuration solutions that support operational needs and business priorities. You will guide process enhancements, maintain configuration accuracy, and ensure disciplined change control across projects and operations. This position also partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to support smooth handoffs, strong testing practices, and effective execution in a complex insurance environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,901 – $172,642 annually Responsibilities Oversee staff delivering system configuration solutions aligned with business needs Lead analysis and implementation of process modifications to enhance system performance Manage team performance, mentoring, and conflict resolution Review and approve test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage Coordinate configuration accuracy and compliance with change control processes Act as configuration delivery lead on complex corporate projects Facilitate project intake and ensure smooth transitions between projects and operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required 5+ years of experience in a related field 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree Strong background in system configuration and process improvement Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects Benefits Annual incentive bonus based on performance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive health benefits and wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
