Team Leader - C Shift

Responsibilities

• Make and handle product.
• Support plant safety programs.
• Aid in acquiring support as needed.
• Recognize and reward positive performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with other teams.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend daily operation meetings.
• Identify training needs within the team.
• Provide training in specific areas and document training covered.

Physical Demands

• 12-hour work day.
• Nights and weekends.
• Requires standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.
• Requires pushing and pulling rolls, carts and hoists.
• Requires lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Requires ascending and descending ladders throughout the work day.
