Team Leader
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content accordingly.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like disclaimer, EEO, etc. The "Disclaimer" and "Company Info" maybe considered boilerplate? Company Info includes benefits description; we can include Benefits section. The disclaimer is boilerplate, remove. The "Company Info" includes benefits details; we can extract benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include sections: About the role (maybe from Overall Job Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities). Requirements (Required Qualifications). Skills (Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities). Benefits (from Company Info). Working Conditions maybe could be part of Responsibilities? But we have a specific heading for Working Conditions? Not in list but we could include as a section if content exists; but the instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings; we can omit others if not matching. However we have Working Conditions and Physical Requirements content; we could incorporate them into Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably better to include them under Responsibilities (as duties) or maybe under Requirements (physical requirements). But we must preserve all substantive info; we can embed them in
or
- within those sections.
We need to avoid creating Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated in Company Info, so we can include Benefits section. Pay and Schedule not mentioned, so omit.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits.
But note: Requirements vs Qualifications: The list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities. So we can map Required Qualifications to Requirements section, and Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities to Skills section. Also we have Overall Job Summary for About the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -> Responsibilities.
Company Info -> Benefits.
We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from Essential Duties and Responsibilities as list items. Also include Required Qualifications items as list items. Also Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities as list items. Benefits as list items maybe. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "May be required to perform other duties as assigned." That's substantive? It's part of duties; we can keep. We need to remove duplicated lines: there are some duplicated sentences like "Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution." appears twice? Actually appears once in duties and again later? Let's check: In duties: "Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution." Then later: "Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store." Not duplicate. There's also "Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards." and later "Use A+ Coaching to train, coach, and follow up with Team Members during assigned shifts." Slightly different but both about A+ Coaching; we keep both. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Working Conditions
but instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could still add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings for sections; but not strictly prohibited to add others. However to be safe, we can incorporate Working Conditions and Physical Requirements into Responsibilities or Requirements as list items. We can add under Responsibilities additional items: "Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise." etc. But those are not duties; but we can still include as responsibilities? Might be okay. Alternatively we could add a separate section "Working Conditions" but risk deviating from instruction. I'd rather incorporate them into Responsibilities as they are still part of job description. Let's extract Working Conditions sentences: "Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise. Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 10 hoursPromote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelinesIndoor floors and outdoor lots generally are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) lighting and temperature are adequate. Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions." There's a weird concatenation: "10 hoursPromote". We need to separate: "Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 10 hours
