Team Leader
- .
Requirements: Required Qualifications (experience, supervisory experience preferred, age, driver's license, education). Could also include "Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license." etc.
Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities (basic computer skills, ability to read/write/count, strong interpersonal skills, ability to perform principle responsibilities of Team Members). Could also include other preferred qualifications.
Skills: maybe we could combine with Qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could we put "Skills" as the preferred knowledge/skills? Actually "Qualifications" could be required qualifications, "Skills" could be preferred knowledge/skills. That seems reasonable.
Benefits: Company Info paragraph about benefits.
We should not include Pay or Schedule as not present.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections.
We need to format as HTML fragment: use
for section headings. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. For Responsibilities, we have many duties each starting with a verb. Could make each duty a

. We also have Working Conditions and Physical Requirements sections; but we don't have headings for those in allowed list. However we must preserve all substantive information. The instruction says: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. ...). It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they want us to use those specific headings for sections. It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings, but they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate Working Conditions and Physical Requirements into existing sections like Requirements or Skills? But they are substantive; we need to preserve them. Could we add a section "Working Conditions" as an
? The list of examples includes those headings but not limited to them? It says "e.g." meaning examples. So we could add other headings if needed. However they also say "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It might be interpreted that we should use those headings for the sections we create; but we could also create other headings if needed, but they'd also be
. Safer to include them as separate sections with appropriate headings like "Working Conditions" and "Physical Requirements". The instruction didn't forbid that. It just gave examples. So we can add those. We must not include boilerplate like Disclaimer, Company Info (except benefits). We need to remove Disclaimer and generic company info that is not benefits. The Company Info paragraph includes benefits details; we should keep that. The rest of Company Info about mission etc can be removed as boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but still substantive about benefits. The paragraph: "At Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply, our Team Members are the heart of our success.... We understand the evolving needs... We strive to offer meaningful, competitive, and sustainable benefits..." That's about benefits. So we keep that. We must remove duplicated lines. There's a duplicated line: "Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution." appears twice? Actually appears once in duties and later again: "Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store." Not duplicate. There's also "Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store." and earlier "Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution." Not duplicate. We need to ensure we don't include application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. Now craft HTML. Structure:
