Summary

Lead Team Member. Helps train other team members and may perform the same work as other team members: a variety of warehouse duties including forklift operation, inventory control, receiving and shipping to ensure accurate and safe shipment of goods to and from the customer.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and lead the team’s daily operations
• Unpack, repack, and place items
• Use tools and visual aids to confirm quantities of freight being received and shipped
• Operate a forklift and/or crane for loading and unloading
• Operate other machines for production or processing, such as a scan gun
• Inspect product before shipping
• Clean work area according to 5S standards
• Enter production data into basic spreadsheet systems
• Follow approved procedures and precautions
• Assist in providing a safe environment for all employees
• Maintain paperwork of incoming and outgoing products
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Perform other duties as assigned
