Team Leader

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.

Pay

$24.75 per hour.

Schedule

3rd shift. Shift starts at Midnight (12am).
