Team Leader

Job Summary

Provide lead support to the division/team staff. Coordinate workflow, oversee work volume, and manage service agreements with business partners. Monitor team performance, coach, counsel, and appraise supervisors. Document and maintain department processes and procedures, and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow to maintain unit performance
• Oversee division/team staff and manage daily work volume
• Monitor team performance; provide coaching and counseling; appraise supervisors; provide input for performance evaluations
• Coordinate with other units/departments to facilitate special requests, changes in processes, and workflow/production issues
• Develop and maintain department procedure manuals; train employees on current or revised unit processes and procedures
• Support department and strategic initiatives by meeting target goals and objectives set by management
• Participate in hiring and interview process for open positions within the Division

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in applicable functional area
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects while meeting department timelines
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications
