Title: Team Leader
Hours: Part-time / Full-time
Location: Freehold, NJ
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Supervise and support the sales team on the shop floor
- Lead daily briefs and set team goals aligned with store targets
- Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Monitor and execute daily store operations, including stock management
- Act as a keyholder and support opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Enjoy interacting with people
