Your Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supervising and supporting the sales team on the shop floor
- Leading daily briefs and setting team goals in alignment with store targets
- Supporting with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards
- Aiding in training and onboarding new team members
- Monitoring and executing daily store operations, including stock management
- Acting as a keyholder and supporting opening/closing procedures

- You have experience in a similar role
