Team Leader

About the role

Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or LVN with leadership experience to serve as a Clinical Team Lead. This role oversees Medical Assistants, supports providers, and ensures efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Medical Assistants and clinical staff
• Train staff on clinical procedures and workflows
• Ensure efficient patient flow and reduce wait times
• Assist providers in daily clinic operations
• Monitor compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Address patient and staff concerns professionally

Qualifications

• MUST be a Certified Medical Assistant
• High school diploma required (advanced education preferred)
• 2+ years clinical experience required
• 1+ year leadership or lead role preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• BLS/ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
