About the Role

Lead and oversee the occupational therapy team within inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Manage and advance therapeutic care tailored to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses. Guide team members to ensure high standards of care and effective interdisciplinary collaboration. Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
