Responsibilities

• Pursue operational excellence during your shift
• Show CARE and hospitality toward guests
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity and food safety
• Act as a role model for the team
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week and at least 3 shifts
• Commit to at least 12 months of employment, with opportunities for advancement
• Ensure excellence in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respond respectfully and immediately to guest needs
• Take initiative and work efficiently
• Accurately count register drawers with integrity
• Coach fellow team members
• Take and assemble catering orders
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Lift potentially heavy objects when necessary
