Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Set the tone for each shift through energy, professionalism, and clear communication
• Coach and develop team members while holding them accountable to standards
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care and urgency
• Ensure accuracy in food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Open/close the restaurant, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
