Team Leader

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store. In this role, you’ll support your Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for—and a smile. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up to keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
• Lead by example, demonstrating what great service looks like and bringing the cardfactory Way to life.
• Help others grow while continuing to build your own skills.
• Drive store initiatives, keep communication flowing, and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Monitor store performance to ensure smooth operations and a thriving team.
