- Support and coach individuals in daily living skills, wellness, recovery, and independence
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff
- Create a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment
- Promote self-advocacy, healthy coping skills, and community integration
- Assist with scheduling, team support, documentation, and program operations

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 certification
