Team Leader-Afternoon & Evening Shift

About the role

The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 25 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin’ team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts, and serve them promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and management to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Store Closing: Work the team to ensure proper store closing procedures are followed to ensure the morning team is prepared for opening.

Schedule

Team Leaders usually work 5/6, 8-10-hour days, about 30-48 hours/week, pending the operational needs of their specific store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required.
