Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering an inviting atmosphere and guiding the team through the day. They play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants embody the essence of Panda's mission.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
• Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (applicant must acquire this at their own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Fast-paced work environment, effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
