Responsibilities
- Supervise all administrative and clinical functions of the team and team members
- Monitor the overall delivery of services and the utilization of support for clients served
- Ensure coordination of all case management services, including assistance with income management, insurance, and scheduling/coordination of medical and psychiatric appointments
- Ensure that services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and reflect individual preferences
- Promote independence and strength-based interventions to assist with goal attainment
- Ensure that recovery services, vocational support, and clinical care are integrated into every aspect of treatment and interventions
- Facilitate and oversee clinical assessments to include risk and crisis management evaluation and intervention
- Provide direct clinical interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating schedule
Qualifications
- Requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Licensure or commitment to obtain licensure within the required timeframe of the licensing body
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Pay
Annual Salary: $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD
