Team Lead - Window Cleaner

About the role

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a Team Lead - Window Cleaner for our operation in Manassas, VA. We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do no high rise work! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Responsibilities

• Meet cleaners in the mornings for check ins
• Lead multiple cleaners on large jobs
• Responsible for interactions with customers on multi-cleaner jobs
• Handle call backs
• Inspect and maintain equipment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Liability car insurance
• Completion of Window Cleaner Training Program
• Ability to lead cleaners on large jobs and projects
• Provide excellent customer service
• Write legibly and speak clearly
• Self-motivated and able to work alone
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• Applicants over 21 years of age will be given preference

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
