About the role

The Warehouse Team Lead is where our mountain dining begins. If you have an eye for detail and skill with logistics, come work with us!

Pay

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.53/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Schedule

• Year-round (10-month) position
• Full-time hours available
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, organizing packages, mail, and freight for specific resort recipients
• Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Assist resort recipients in loading and unloading vehicles
• Handle outgoing packages, mail, and freight
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas in accordance with all health and safety codes and company guidelines
• Keep and maintain records of all items received in warehouse areas

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and meet other high physical demands
• Able and willing to drive company vehicles, including a forklift
• Basic working knowledge of computer-based programs, email, Excel, Word, etc.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours
• Fluent in English
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions
• High school education or equivalent
• Previous restaurant, supervisory, or guest service experience
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment under pressure
