Team Lead Warehouse Nights (12 hours)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure uninterrupted and efficient workflow.
• Enforce and promote safety policies while continuously improving safety awareness.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standardized work procedures.
• Build a collaborative team environment to improve morale and productivity.
• Cross-functional communication with other departments and customers.
• Coordinate monthly safety and quality training meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required operational documentation.
• Restore process flow during interruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee skill development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a team lead in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP (PRE/PRL).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work a split shift schedule and overtime as required.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $27.73 - USD $35.25 /H
