Team Lead - Warehouse & Logistics, 3rd Shift

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Team Lead - Warehouse & Logistics, 3rd Shift at 415 Puckett Ferry Road in Greenwood, SC. The rate for this position is $23.77 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:30 pm until 7:30 am. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure efficient material flow, accurate order fulfillment, and on-time customer delivery.
• Cooking, staging, shipment verification, and carrier coordination.
• Partners with cross-functional teams and shift leaders to ensure clear communication, smooth handoffs, and uninterrupted operations.
• End-to-end materials process to safely produce and deliver quality products on time in alignment with Standard Work.
• Overall operations at the Hodges (Lake Greenwood) facility.
• Planning and optimizing warehouse operations and material flow within the facility and with external processes.
• Able to identify and address excess and obsolete materials and ensure accurate transactions and balances.
• Ensuring accurate inventory management through cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance, including adherence to 5S+, EHS guidelines, PPE, and all company policies and procedures.
• Guiding and adapting team operations to changing priorities, material shortages, and staffing needs while maintaining performance standards.
• Promoting safe material handling practices, including proper lifting techniques and use of assist equipment; May lift and carry up to 40 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs. with or without accomodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of leadership experience managing people or project teams, experience working in warehousing, storeroom and/or shipping, experience with lead or supervisor role, ability to ensure shipping components meet quality standards, ability to work independently with minimum direction.
