Team Lead PPAC Garage - Providence, RI
Summary
with paragraph(s). Also "Essential Functions" with bullet list? The essential functions are listed with percentages; we can put each bullet asPay
with paragraph. Work Schedule: "Flexible availability based on event schedule". That's real, includeSchedule
. Benefits: list of insurances, 401k, eligibility notes. IncludeBenefits
. Also maybe "About the role" not needed because we have Summary. Could also include "About Towne" as company description but not required. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings where appropriate. We have Summary (maybe treat as About the role). Could use About the role
for the summary paragraph. Then Responsibilities could be Essential Functions. Requirements could be Qualifications. Skills could be separate but we have Skills within Qualifications; maybe combine. But we can still have Skills heading if we have specific skills list. However we should avoid thin sections. Better to have: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Qualifications (education, licensure, experience, knowledge, skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like privacy policy, notices, etc. Also remove "Click here for important notices..." etc. Also remove "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE" etc. Also remove "The total amount of time for all functions of the job - 100%" maybe keep as part of essential functions? It's just a statement; could include as paragraph after list.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from Essential Functions with percentages. Also include the descriptive statements with percentages. Also include the "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." statements (they appear twice). We'll keep them.
For Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen. Work Experience: One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge: Knowledge of GSA procedures. Skills: list many bullet points.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.

We should also include the company description? Not required but could be part of About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The "About Towne Towne is an exceptional arrival..." is company overview, not role. Might be okay to include in About the role as a brief intro. But we already have summary paragraph. Could combine both: first paragraph about company, second about summary. That's fine. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Towne is an exceptional arrival through departure experience company. With its best-in-class parking and hospitality solutions and its fully integrated technology platform, we deliver seamless parking and mobility experiences in the places where people live, learn, work, play, rejuvenate, and recover. Towne’s 14,000 team members create smiles by delivering exceptional experiences for the millions of people we proudly serve each year. For nearly 40 years, Towne has been committed to providing the best experience, delivered by the best team, powered by innovative technology, enhancing lives and communities." Then second paragraph: "The Team Leader is responsible for the general operations of a property that is less than a 24/7 operation with nine (9) or fewer GSAs while working alongside coworkers to ensure that the site’s service standards are met or exceeded. Under the direction of the District Manager, or an assigned offsite Account Manager, the Team Leader has additional duties involving coordination and administration, as well as providing troubleshooting and/or guidance to the team. The Team Leader may handle critical issues and may be required to make judgment calls when expediency is priority." We'll put that intags maybe two paragraphs. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Click here for important notices", privacy policy, etc. Also removed "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE". Also removed "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions." Actually that appears in Essential Functions heading; we should keep it as part of responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodations; we can include as a bullet or paragraph. We'll include as a bullet under Responsibilities maybe first bullet: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions." Also appears later under WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS; we could include that as a bullet too but it's repetitive. We'll include once. We also need to include Physical Requirements etc. Those are substantive; we should include them under Responsibilities maybe as bullet points. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the Physical Requirements, Lifting Requirements, Working Environment, Travel etc. Those are under WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS. We should include them as bullets under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? But we only have headings list; we could add them under Responsibilities as bullet points. That would make Responsibilities long but okay. Let's extract those: Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. - The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may be required to run; walk; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. - Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Lifting Requirements: - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Working Environment: - The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. - Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. - Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes. Travel: - Travel of up to 5% may be required. Also there is "SCOPE Authority To Act" etc. That's also substantive. Should we include? It describes authority, budget responsibility. Might be considered part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about scope. We'll include as bullet under Responsibilities. Also "Budget Responsibility The employee has control over resources available only." That's also substantive. Thus we need to include all those bullet points. We'll create a Responsibilities ul with many li items: start with the reasonable accommodations bullet, then the summary description maybe as a paragraph before list? But we already have About the role for summary. To avoid duplication, we can keep About the role as company description + role summary. Then Responsibilities list includes the essential functions with percentages and the other details (scope, physical, etc.). That seems fine. Let's list essential functions bullets with percentages as given. We'll keep the percentages in the bullet text. Essential Functions list (with percentages): - Ensures that the guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts. Regularly performs guest/patient service duties. Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing levels if business conditions dictate. Understands the client’s service standards and effectively integrates Towne Park’s standards to complement them. Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure to effectively handle guest/patient complaints and difficult situations. Maintains a detailed knowledge of the client’s facility, including outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, main attractions in the area, parking rates, and other pertinent information. -15% - Effectively participates in “The Show” and delivers “Aggressive Hospitality” to guest/patients. Addresses guest/patients using the appropriate greeting for the site. Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guest/patients. -15% - Checks in arriving guest/patients
