Team Lead-Nursing Admin Supervision

Responsibilities

• Act as an on-site Administrator
• Serve as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision
• Collaborate with other applicable hospital departments and services
• To assure a high standard of patient care
• Perform other administrative and related duties

Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• A current Massachusetts R.N. License is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated decision-making ability are required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience, including some leadership experience, is required.
• A current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• BCLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay

Pay range: USD $107,868.80 - USD $198,764.80 /Yr.

Rotation Schedule

Per diem shift with weekend and holiday rotation.
