Job Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support Materials Team Members safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments
• Follow safe work methods
• Conform to the Employee’s Charter principles and plant standards

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Preferred 1 year of leadership experience
• Operate standard office equipment preferred
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Ability to drive tuggers
• Ability to use tablet devices, scanners and printers for barcode labels
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to set direction and make decisions
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must exhibit high integrity and honesty
• Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
