About the role
As the first Lead for Forward Deployed Data Science, you will bridge the gap between complex modeling and executive decision-making. You will lead a high-ownership team to build site-selection and market-planning models for major clients. This role combines hands-on data science with strategic relationship management to transform how multi-million dollar real estate deals are won.

Responsibilities
- Lead the forward-deployed team to oversee customer model buildouts, manage project timelines, and own high-stakes executive relationships.
- Build and deploy sophisticated forecasting models for site-selection, market planning, and tenant selection using geospatial data and AI agents.
- Communicate complex technical insights and pilot results to non-technical CXO stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and platform adoption.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering data science models to executive stakeholders with measurable results, preferably within a consulting or FDE environment.
- Deep expertise in building forecasting systems and working with geospatial data stacks like PostGIS, GeoJSON, and complex visualization tools.
- Strong background in business analytics and ensemble models, with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of experience.
