Team Lead, Fixed Income, Data License Content - Enterprise Data

About the role

We are seeking a senior individual to join the Fixed Income Reference Data team as Team Lead. You will build the strategic product roadmap and measure progress towards the long-term vision for Fixed Income Reference Data. You will lead a group of high-performing product managers while developing and executing a business strategy that advances Fixed Income capabilities, recognizing innovations in technology and evolving industry trends. Key to this role is understanding the multi-dimensional challenges our clients face and ensuring we remain their trusted partner in building solutions driven by best-in-class data.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward-looking product strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and executing with agility.
• Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Work closely with clients, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive Fixed Income Data business growth.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to execute the go-to-market strategy and increase product awareness.
• Travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients, and industry partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with proven experience in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income Markets including Bonds, Munis, Corps, and Cash structured Products.
• Proven understanding of capital markets, market structure, and the factors impacting clients’ challenges and priorities.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence, and drive data business requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data science and quantitative investing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts with clarity and influence across senior stakeholders.

Skills

• Passion for AI innovation and the evolving landscape of agentic, intelligent data systems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages typically used in data science and analytics.

Pay

Salary range: $235,000 – $350,000 USD annual + bonus.

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
