About the role

As a Team Lead, you will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation (at least 50% of your weekly schedule), and build relationships with families to support both child achievement and center success.

You will also mentor new hires and fellow Teachers, create fun and interactive learning experiences, and take on Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the school. Ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation (at least 50% of weekly schedule).
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun and interactive learning experiences.
• Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA (preferred).
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• At least 18 years of age.

Pay

$23.07 - $23.97 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday–Friday work week. No nights or weekends.
