Our "everything must go" pricing starts at $14 on Fridays and drops daily until merchandise reaches just $0.25 on Thursdays before the store is completely restocked with fresh inventory. With thousands of new items arriving weekly, every shopping experience is exciting, fast-paced, and different.

About the role

The Retail Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting daily store operations, supervising Team Members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position is responsible for helping manage opening and closing procedures, delegating tasks, maintaining store standards, and supporting store leadership with operational goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing store procedures
• Delegate daily tasks and oversee Team Member performance
• Support store leadership with operational and sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, bin flips, and inventory organization
• Coach, motivate, and support Team Members throughout each shift
• Ensure all departments are operating efficiently during business hours
• Communicate effectively with leadership and staff regarding store priorities
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
