Team Lead – Data Warehouse & Decision Support

We work closely with a variety of household-name clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East to connect them with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers and incorporate a level of due diligence in the contractor management process. The Position: The Team Lead – Data Warehouse & Decision Support is responsible for guiding technical direction and overseeing the day-to-day operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of ISN’s data warehousing, ETL environment, and overall data estate. The position requires technical, analytical, and leadership skills with a strong background in data engineering, data modeling, and modern cloud and AI data platforms including Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server. This position is approximately 25% people leadership and 75% hands-on technical work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the data warehouse, ETL environment, and semantic/reporting layers, ensuring pipelines run reliably, resilience, data is available on schedule, and incidents are resolved quickly
- Design and lead the team’s adoption and operational deployment of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and SQL Server for data engineering, data pipeline modernization, and lakehouse/warehouse workloads
- Partner with data architecture, Technical Operations, data governance, security, and platform teams to ensure compliance, access controls, and cost management across cloud data environments.
