About the role

Team Lead supporting, training, and certifying newly hired LTOs. Operates industrial powered lift truck safely and efficiently. Acts as Supervisor in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, including planning, assigning, and directing work. Manages inventory of materials on the work floor and supplies workers as needed. Assists LTOs with daily issues and ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices. Follows corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and reports noncompliance. Enforces company safety rules and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support, train, and certify newly hired LTOs
• Operate industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Act as Supervisor in the absence of the Shift Supervisor
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers as needed
• Assist Supervisors and management in planning, assigning, and directing work
• Assist LTOs with daily issues
• Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are followed
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance
• Observe and enforce company safety rules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to successfully complete post-hire assessments
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company-specific)
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., protective footwear, eyewear, gloves) in accordance with safety policies

Pay

Base pay of $22.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential.
