Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules.
• Review and support development and revisions of current and future product line work instruction.
• Adjust workflow and tasks based on manpower available and work needed per area.
• Aid team members and troubleshoot issues while maintaining takt time.
• Identify areas of improvement and support proper implementation of solutions.
• Ensure all company supplied tools are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of the following shift.
• Assist quality teams in testing, defect identification, and other efforts as necessary.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Stand in for team members when needed, including during absenteeism, emergencies, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including using manufacturing systems like SAP, Excel, MES, scheduling, etc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment required.
• Strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
