The Distribution Team Lead carries out supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and applicable laws, assists the Supervisor in achieving department goals, plans and organizes workflow, promotes teamwork, training, problem solving, and decision making, and performs all functions of a fulfillment associate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work, assign and direct tasks.
• Train associates on processes and SOPs.
• Partner with the Supervisor or Manager to address issues and resolve problems.
• Assist the Supervisor and internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor associate production standards and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions of a fulfillment associate.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct experience in a distribution or fulfillment operations environment.
• Experience motivating and leading a team.
• Self‑motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
