About the role
At Get Air, you will work in a fast-paced environment focused on creating lasting memories for customers by ensuring they have a fun and safe experience. With over 60 locations worldwide, Get Air combines wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, foam pits, trampoline dodgeball, and more to provide a unique family experience. As a Team Lead, you will promote safety and cleanliness, meet sales goals, host parties, and support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in achieving operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote safety and cleanliness in the park
- Strive to meet sales goals
- Host parties on a day-to-day basis
- Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals
- Oversee shifts and provide leadership to the team
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Some supervisory or leadership experience
- Enthusiasm for working with a team
Pay
Team Leads earn a base pay of $17.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $21/hour through tips, bonuses, and commissions.
