Team Lead

• Mentor! Be responsible for, or assist with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
• Leader! Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• At least 18 years of age.
