What You’ll Do
- Supervise employees on an assigned shift to ensure work is completed within established timing, quality, and cost standards.
- Lead the production team on the floor while assisting the warehouse team.
- Adjust to the production schedule when unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Communicate with Planning/Receiving on issues/needs to execute the production schedule.
- Hold the team accountable and recognize when needed.
- Be available to work overtime when the schedule permits.
