Team Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service, ensuring all staff provide excellent customer experience.
• Engage in front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking info calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Facilitate member service issues and inquiries.
• Manage team member activities and provide backup support to the Club Manager.
• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive club image.
• Assist in overseeing gym cleanliness and appearance.
• Support marketing efforts by managing promotions and informing team members.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as necessary.

• Listening: Actively listens to customers, empathizes with their perspectives, and collaborates to solve problems.

• Communication: Maintains timely communication with team members and supervisors to enhance productivity and prevent misunderstandings or disagreements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., with less than 30% of the time lifting less than 25 lbs.
