Team Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Engage in front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking info calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating account information.
• Facilitate member service issues and answer questions.
• Support team member management and provide backup to the Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Manage gym cleanliness and appearance.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and keep team members informed about current promotions.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift.
• Talk in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but less than 30% of the time.
