Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations that are part of the service of guests
• Oversee operations processes and guard the guest experience
• Ensure second-mile service by leading and developing team members
• Train team members to provide craveable food, fast and accurate service, and a welcoming environment
• Uphold Team Member Handbook policies and ensure processes are followed (Drive-Thru, Training, cleanliness)
• Maintain positive and professional working relationships with all team members
• Complete self-assessments as assigned
• Utilize Pathway to resolve operational tasks

Requirements

• Management skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate servant leadership, integrity, professionalism, maturity, and impartiality
• Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and development
