Team Lead
About the role
The Team Lead performs moderately complex material handling system work. Work involves interpreting documents, crediting customers through our HJ system, lifting, bending, twisting, and inspecting/repackaging merchandise when needed. Works under direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Utilizes and directs team resources toward specific goals and objectives. Monitor work flow and system functions, recommend or employ solutions where appropriate. Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functions in order to improve team performance. Develop and transfer performance skills to the assigned team, and seek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. Assist team members in identifying areas for development and assist them in establishing skill development plans. Participate in development and implementation of operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Interpret documents and credit customers through our HJ system

Requirements
- Functional reading, writing, and math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Education and experience may be substituted for one another
- PC literacy
- Written and verbal communication/instruction skills
