About the role
Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Team Lead to support and train direct care staff in its Supported Living homes in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities
- Collect and disseminate forms and agency information as determined by the Manager.
- Develop and manage Supported Living schedule.
- Ensure individuals’ home is safe, clean, and in good condition.
- Collect and manage individual’s financial information.
- Implement Active Treatment per the client’s ISP.
- Monitor individual’s health care needs.
- Conduct and document monthly safety drills.
- Be available 24/7 except day/weekend off.
- Attend client conferences in assigned home.
- Attend weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with ID/DD (strongly preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some supervisory experience preferred.
Pay
$18.00-$20.80/hour
