About the role
Step up, lead the scoop squad, and make every shift sweet.
Responsibilities
- Be the decision-maker on shift — own it from open to close
- Guide, motivate, and support your team through every rush
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately
- Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment
- Run pre-shift huddles and keep communication clear
- Train and support new team members
- Hold the shop to its standards when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is out
- Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts
Pay
$19–23 per hour (includes tips)
