Responsibilities
- Be the decision‑maker on shift — own it from open to close.
- Guide, motivate, and support the team through every rush.
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately.
- Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment.
- Run pre‑shift huddles and keep communication clear.
- Train and support new team members.
- Hold the shop to its standards when the SM or AM is out.
- Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts.
Requirements
- Food/retail experience (a plus, not required).
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Reliability that the team can count on.
