Team Lead - 1st shift

About the role

You will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and success of your team and the overall warehouse and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift operating experience
• Basic technical and math skills

Pay

$22.00 per hour, paid weekly
