About the role

Join Team Honey Badger at your local Domino’s as a Team Lead. You’ll be the go‑to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. This position is a launching pad for future Assistant Managers and General Managers.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast‑paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
• Support daily store goals and standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash‑handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited

Compensation

Starting at $13 per hour with opportunity for increase with training.

Schedule

Flexible schedules; store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
