About the Role

As a Team Lead, you'll be the go-to person on shift. You'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. This is more than a job, it's a launching pad. Many of our Assistant Managers and General Managers started right here as Team Leads with Team Honey Badger.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
• Support daily store goals and standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.

Pay

Starting at $17 per hour with opportunity for increase with training!
